What You'll Contribute

The Associate, Business Analysis will support the business analysis function by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations that drive informed decision-making and operational improvements. You will collaborate with stakeholders, assist in data analysis, and contribute to projects aimed at optimizing business processes.
 

What You'll Do

Support business analysis initiatives aimed at optimizing customer communications efforts by assisting in data collection, validation, analysis, and interpretation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and identify opportunities for analysis and improvement of communication operations and strategies.

Assist in analyzing complex data sets, identifying customer populations, trends, patterns, and insights.

Conduct research utilizing SQL and gather relevant information to support analysis and provide context for findings.

Assist in developing and presenting reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate analysis findings to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to process optimization, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

Assist in documenting business processes, requirements, and analysis findings.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in business analysis, and emerging technologies.

Support project management activities, including tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.

What you have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data sets and develop data-driven strategies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Proactive and self-motivated individual who takes initiative.

Interest in market and industry research.

Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL and Excel.

Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Preferred education, skills, and experience.

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or related field.

1+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
