**Purpose:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Access Associate to join our Canadian team. The successful candidate will oversee the coordination and execution of corporate access events, ensuring seamless communication between corporate clients and institutional investors. The Associate will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships and supporting the overall corporate access team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Lead the coordination and organization of corporate access events, including non-deal and deal roadshows, ad hoc meetings, analyst marketing and conferences
+ Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients and institutional investors
+ Act as the central point of contact with internal teams, including sales, research and banking
+ Provide detailed analysis of shareholder information and comparative analysis to produce target lists of buy-side investors for corporate access activities
+ Monitor and track event attendance and feedback to evaluate the success of corporate access activities
+ Provide logistical support to ensure the efficient execution of each corporate access initiative and other investor events, including arranging transportation, booking venues, coordinating presentation materials, and handling travel arrangements
+ Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations
+ Identify issues, escalate as required. Prepare reports on demand from various sources for management review
+ Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment
+ Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
**What You'll Bring:**
+ University Degree in a relevant area of study
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
+ Adaptability and professionalism
+ Excellent analytical, decision making and organizational skills
+ Database experience (Salesforce, Power BI)
+ Knowledge of the financial industry and capital markets is a plus
**Work Arrangement:**
This position is currently an on-site role, with the expectation that you will work at least 4 days a week in the office. Please note that this is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
