Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Associate, Client Onboarding (COB) Projects (12 Months Contract)** **Global Corporate Banking Division of Asia (GCBDA)** **MUFG Bank, Ltd** **Job Responsibilities:** + Plan and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting agreed upon objectives and KPIs. + Providing strategic project governance support, monitoring project progress ensuring projects are on track to meet deliveries and deadlines + Framing of project initiatives (strategy, scoping, approach design, roadmap, milestones, deadlines, etc.) and running project management and governance forums (e.g. Steering Committee, Operational Committee, etc.) + Drive decisions to ensure optimal solutions are based on both commercial and business requirements + Collaborate with various internal teams such as sales, operations, compliance, legal and technology to ensure seamless delivery + Promote constant improvement and efficiency in the client onboarding process while maintaining rigid compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies. + Conduct risk management to minimize project risks. + Create and deliver project reports, proposals, and necessary documentation. + Perform business analysis work such as gathering business requirements, providing analysis and verification of data, activity mapping, etc… **Job Requirements** + Minimum Degree qualified.​ + Minimum 7 years’ of working experience in banking or financial sectors.​ + Minimum 3 years of experience in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Client Onboarding processes.​ + Familiar with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory requirements and Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) in APAC/Global Banking.​ + Knowledge of data visualization tools, data analytics and reporting software would be a plus.​ + Experience in business analysis and business solutions in Global Banking.​ + Experience in driving process improvements by using tools such as process mapping and design, data analysis and automation. + Experience in Project Management. + Experience in managing multiple complex initiative and competing priorities, completing milestones, and working toward multiple deadlines simultaneously. _We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified._ Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
