Opportunity:
Join Palladium Group’s dynamic Contracts & Compliance team! As an
Associate, you’ll ensure corporate and legal compliance, manage corporate
accounts, and handle key reports. You’ll be the primary contact for US
registration matters and support business analytics, and will collaborate with project
teams to coordinate and report data.
Key responsibilities include managing corporate accounts with state and
federal entities, serving as the main contact for US registration, preparing
and filing essential reports (small business, state annual, GSA, VAT, IPN,
FFATA), supporting business analytics and financial reporting, and coordinating
with project teams for data collection and reporting.
We seek a detail-oriented professional with strong compliance and
account management skills, effective communication abilities with state and
federal entities, analytical thinking for business analytics, and a
collaborative mindset.

Location and Compensation:
The position is based in Palladium’s Washington D.C. office.
For our prospective employees in the United States, please note that the full-time equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to range from $57,000 to $80,000 and successful candidates may also be eligible for additional, variable incentive compensation dependent on the role. For part-time employees, the salary will be prorated based on the actual number of hours worked.

based on various factors, including but not limited to your qualifications,
education, experience, skills, seniority, performance, and Palladium’s business
or organizational needs.

Reporting
Lines:
In
this role, you will report to a member of the Americas Contracts and Compliance
team, a department within the wider Operational Excellence team.
Reporting requirements include but are not
limited to:
Regularly updating on strategic objectives and activities.
Liaising across departments to align initiatives with organizational goals.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Compliance: Ensure active accounts with US federal and state agencies are up to date. Complete and submit corporate-level reports accurately and timely. Oversee C&C portfolio reporting and maintain project lists. Assist in the closeout process of archived projects. Implement and monitor internal controls for project management in collaboration with other departments. Provide necessary documentation and support for audit requests.Business Reporting: Prepare, review, and submit all required statutory reports to US federal and state agencies. Generate and present business analytics reports to Senior Management periodically. Additionally, prepare, review, and submit FFATA, VAT, and small business reports.
C&C Administration: Manage relationships with all vendors supporting C&C. Process and submit invoices for C&C vendors promptly. Assist Palladium’s legal team with corporate insurance and related matters.
Essential Criteria:
Knowledge of project management and familiarity with tools like Microsoft TeamsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people.
An interest in contributing to USG-funded international development projects.
Experience in supporting executive management and communications.
Knowledge of project management and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and social media platforms.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail and timeliness.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Independence in work, coupled with strong teamwork skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; Palladium will not consider work visa sponsorship for this position.
Demonstrated experience with data management and processing
