Position Overview:
We are looking for an Associate, Originations for our client, a multi-$billion-dollar financial services institution (the “Bank”). This position will report directly to the Head of Debt Originations - and the candidate will have responsibility for all aspects of debt originations and will work closely with members of the investment teams, including originations, asset management, research, portfolio management, legal and various other internal departments.

Essential Job Functions:

Support senior originators in all aspects of debt origination, including due diligence, loan structuring, and investment analysisAssist in preparing investment memoranda and presentations for internal committeesConduct market research and financial analysis to support deal sourcing and underwritingHelp maintain and expand relationships with borrowers, brokers, and other market participantsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution and post-close monitoringParticipate in marketing efforts and assist with securitization processes as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, lending, or investment analysisStrong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; exposure to ARGUS is a plusFamiliarity with commercial real estate lending practices and productsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentStrong analytical thinking and a desire to grow technical and market expertise

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$110,000.00 - $14,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
