工作内容： 1.负责回复渠道问询，解答用户疑问和分析顾客需求，并完成订单转化； 2.负责查询跟进订单预订信息，受理及主动解决客户对于业务的退订、修改、投诉等服务； 3.具备处理问题、跟进进程、沟通及疑难问题服务的意识跟能力； 4.按时完成公司/团队要求的业绩指标。 经验要求： 1.具备1年以上旅游行业工作经验，愿意从事旅游销售工作 2.热爱旅游行业及操作工作，工作积极主动，有责任心，能承受一定的工作压力； 3.具有良好的职业理念和团队协作精神，高度的服务意识，性格开朗、有较强的沟通协调能力。 4.此岗位为早晚班轮班制，月休8天，节假日上班按照法定三倍工资发放（早班 8:00-16:00，晚班16:00-24:00、常规休息1h）
