What You’ll Do

Develop and bring to life creative ideas, concepts, and assets that meet local branding and marketing needs.

Create clear, effective design concepts and assets to support user acquisition and brand-building campaigns for the local marketing team.

Design and produce both online and offline marketing assets, including:

Digital graphics (key visuals, campaign pages, campaign logos, banners, digital ads, eDMs, etc.)

Localization tasks: adapt English materials from overseas teams into Japanese (translations will be provided).

Print materials: handle production, quality control, and delivery.

Image selection, retouching, data editing, and management.

Design and create event-related advertising materials like flyers and POP displays, and provide event support.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team, including campaign managers, content and social media specialists, and partnership/affiliate leads

Work with Global teams to follow brand guidelines, ensuring brand quality across all assets

Preferred Experience and Skills

2-4 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a creative agency or in-house brand/product communication role

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus)

Strong communication skills in Japanese, both written and spoken (English proficiency is highly desirable)
