Each year, we power billions of transactions through our global payments network, serving our Issuing & Acquiring partners in more than 170 markets worldwide. We grow revenue by driving strategic, multi-year initiatives to deliver differentiated value to our merchants, partners and customers. The Product Enablement Team is part of the Partner & Product Enablement (PPE) organization within NAS and is responsible for the deployment strategy and operational requirements of our dynamic inventory of payment products including EMV, Tokenization, Debit, Digital Wallets, and Mobile Point of Sale. The successful candidate will serve as the central business contact to lead operational product requirements and drive speed to market, while balancing the critical need for controls and risk mitigation, for the NAS product portfolio. This person will develop a deep understanding of product initiatives and exhibit strong subject matter expertise in key policies and processes. **Responsibilities:** + Draft and socialize repeatable, scalable deployment requirements for several products including Digital Wallets across GMNS + Own several key parts of the Digital Wallet product sphere for PPE, including new Partner Wallet launches across different global markets + Take on full ownership of the Partner facing Engage tool for PPE organization – serving as across all relevant products on the platform and working closely with GMNS Customer Experience and Servicing + Lead PPE onboarding process uplift in partnership with the Partner Business Solution (PBS) team + Develop training collateral and test plans that can be leveraged to remove friction from the enablement process + Partner with key relevant stakeholders (e.g., Product Management, Operational Excellence, Technology, Production Support) to solution challenges and guide team through appropriate reviews & approvals (i.e. New Product Delivery, Network Policy Governance Council) + Collaborate closely with Regional Partner Enablement teams, PBS and PCG to determine appropriate management of global launches + Solicit customer and partner feedback on pain points and operational gaps and collaborate on product iteration to help solve for friction in the system + Influence cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment, requirements, and resourcing levels are optimal throughout plan + Lead process improvements and develop toolkits/resources to increase agility and speed to market + Provide thought leadership on post-mortems to optimize future launches **Qualifications:** + Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with an interest in working on new product suite functionalities/capabilities + Excellent relationship builder who can navigate a highly cross-functional role and quickly develop strong relationships with partners across the organization + Experience writing user stories and defining support documentation for products + Interest in new payments technology, innovation, and customer experience + Familiarity with the American Express payment product suite a plus + Bachelor’s degree required **Qualifications** Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
