What you'll do...
Encouraging an effective, inclusive work environment / culture and relationships, balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company goals and values Building strong relationships with operations partners, Union representatives, HR colleagues and specialists, and other business partners to jointly deliver strategic objectives and resolve issues Research and understand the National and Local CBAs as it relates to the HPA role; as well as support the Rouge Site Training and Development team. Support to multiple plants / pay locations across the Rouge Site and other applicable locations. Supporting hourly personnel recruiting and hiring, Personnel Relations activities and health and safety activities as required Onboarding of new hire employees and create personnel jackets and profiles Create and maintain records, including ensuring they are audit-compliant Input transactions for hourly records in a timely fashion Serve as Subject Matter Expert for questions regarding policy administration as it applies to hourly personnel Support manpower planning processes, including hiring, layoffs, unemployment, etc. Support the Rouge Site Training and Development team with developing and inputting training records as needed. Handle requests and inquiries from Fords legal and retirement divisionsWork is in a manufacturing environment
