What you’ll do;

Provide office support for the Korea Team and Korea CEG Team as the first point of contact

Plan and implement office systems, space & safety, and equipment procurement

Work closely with the Finance team on payment preparation, inventory control, and budgeting

Plan and execute office events for employment engagement

Implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, monitor and make necessary recommendations to improve efficiency

Ensure facilities are operated and maintained in alignment with standards

Partner with the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and communication with candidates

Support any global People & Culture projects when it is necessary

Handle daily operations associated with employee-life cycle including but not limited to managing offboarding and onboarding, IT asset management, office admin, and travel arrangements to enhance the people and workplace experience 

What you’ll need;

Bachelor’s degree in business management or HR or a related field 

Prefers 1~2 years' experience in Admin or HR operations or equivalent but fresh graduates with high potential will also be considered

Passion for building and growing genuine relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required

Attention to detail and effective prioritization skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
