Job Description

Associate, ID & Profile Management (TCF), this profile supports creation, deactivation, profile changes, Internal ID mapping and reconciliation. Associate, ID & Profile Management (TCF) is responsible for obtaining, distributing, and profiling Agent IDs in UDM. This position maintains employee profiles & access level, also publishing weekly reports and analysis.

Associate, ID & Profile Management (TCF), this profile supports creation, deactivation, profile changes, Internal ID mapping and reconciliation. Associate, ID & Profile Management (TCF) is responsible for obtaining, distributing, and profiling Agent IDs in UDM. This position maintains employee profiles & access level, also publishing weekly reports and analysis. 

Key Responsibility: 

Support ID creation, deactivation & profile changes. 

Maintain the database accurately which is used to indicate Concentrix hierarchy, for feedback and tracking purposes. 

Provide reports of ID fulfillment for both Concentrix. 

Desired Skills: 

Graduate with 2 - 3 years of experience 

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables. 

Detail-oriented
