The Implementation Associate works with an energetic professional services team and will be responsible for designing and configuring the DealCloud platform for our clients in response to their specific business requirements. This position is a mix of client-facing consultative work and behind-the-scenes platform design, configuration, data analysis, and data manipulation. The

Lead multiple client implementations concurrently with accountability for client communications, weekly status reports and escalation mitigation updatesLead requirement gathering sessions onsite at client offices or virtually via web conferencing and/or client offices; consult on documentation of client requirementsServe as Subject matter expert in configurating platforms based on client requirementsActively develop and execute global design concepts based on client requirementsLead and consult on complex QA for client sitesAnalyze client legacy data sets to understand the impact of the data on system designUtilize Microsoft Excel to map, collate, and normalize and import disparate data setsConsult and develop mitigation strategies for client escalations as necessaryResponsible for internal project management task completion, including but not limited to:Keeping internal systems updatedAccurate and timely entry of utilization hoursProject TimelinesEnsure all in-scope requirements are met during implementationBudgetActively develop and execute global design concepts based on client requirementsProvide consultative system design and industry best practice recommendationsActively participate and in scoping and Order Form completionSupport/Mentor new hire(s) and AssociatesParticipate and lead industry deep dives for onboarding new Implementation team membersActively coach team members on understanding the impact of data on system designWhat you will need:
3-6 years of demonstrated successful experience working within a software implementation project-based environment or within Private Equity or Investment banking industry with strong knowledge of business processesBachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent related experienceUnderstanding of Private Equity and Investment Banking use casesSubject matter expert for most verticals, e.g. Fund of Funds, Credit, Real Estate, LendingDemonstrated successful experience working within a software implementation project-based environmentSuccessful experience with client interaction, building and maintaining relationshipsDeep understanding of specific use-casesAbility to provide sufficient level of consultative serviceProven experience in leading client meetings and providing effective internal and external communicationsHighly proficient in Microsoft ExcelPassion for delivering high quality outcomes using strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilitiesAbility to adapt to rapidly evolving situations and work under tight deadlinesStrong sense of ownership over workWillingness and love of learning new technology, new processes and procedures, and new business models to create value for our clientsPreferred Experience & Skills
