The Infrastructure Associate is a vital member of our investment team and will be involved in all aspects of deal execution and asset management. As an early member of the team, you will be instrumental in helping to shape the division’s strategy and culture. Our infrastructure team focuses on supportive infrastructure that enhances urban living, including cleaner air and water, improved waste management infrastructure, enhanced connectivity through digital infrastructure, and more reliable power and grid infrastructure to meet the rising energy demands of growing cities. Key Responsibilities
Support senior investment members in sourcing, analyzing, and evaluating new investment opportunities across the various infrastructure subsectors including energy transition, digital, waste and water, transport and social infrastructure.Perform financial analysis, conduct industry research, and prepare memoranda for internal and external stakeholders.Execute on new investments by taking ownership over the planning and completion of due diligence and other workstreams.Monitor and assist in the management of existing portfolio companies with the objective of maximizing the value of investments to drive fund performance.Contribute to an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and team-oriented working culture.Qualifications
2+ years of experience at an investment bank or private equity firm with exposure to infrastructure.A bachelor's degree is required in finance, business, economics, or accounting.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with excellent financial acumen.Advanced written and communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.Action-oriented with the ability to get things done and an entrepreneurial mindset.Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills to establish, cultivate, and maintain productive relationships with senior management, investors and peers.#LI-KD1
