This role will be responsible for consolidating Same Unit Repair and UBIF inventory counts, prepare and review generated reports to monitor inventory, and coordinating necessary follow ups with the Supply Chain team. The role is also responsible for Sales Order Creation for TCP and Global Sell Off for EU and LATAM.Obtains data and performs cycle count review for lower risk stores’ inventories.Performs standardized periodic monitoring and escalates any potential trends to the Senior Analyst.Extracts prior week physical inventory results from the count database and consolidate into a singular format.Communicates larger reconciliation variances which require additional inquiry to the US based Inventory Accounting and Supply Chain team for coordination and follow up with repair technician.Coordinates flow of information and assimilate data necessary to prepare required reporting.Utilizes reporting tools and analysis techniques to monitor inventory accuracy metrics over time, identify write-off trends by stores and potentially fraudulent activity or inventory management improvement opportunities.Builds strong internal relationship and be able to work collaboratively/collectively across all related business functions.Prepares Sales Orders and relevant activities for TCP, LATAM and EU entities.Promotes the company’s Core Values and adhere to those values.Performs ad hoc activities and tasks as required.
