Skills and Requirements -Minimum of 2 years of sourcing or recruitment experience. -Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruiting tools. -Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with shifting priorities. -Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. -Sourcing or recruitment experience in global talent acquisition within the marine, cruising, preferred; hospitality, BPO, or HR shared services sectors, may be considered. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRMs, and Smartsheets. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
