**Date Posted:** 2024-12-02 **Country:** United States of America **Location:** OTMAH: Massachusetts Home Office Remote Location, Remote City, MA, 06032 USA **Role Overview:** The Digital Marketing Operations (MarTech) function as part of the Global Digital Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for serving as the super-user and product champion for a variety of digital tools. Under the general direction from the DM Technology and Operations leader, they perform day-to-day functions in MarTech tools to execute on .com (Direct, Offline, Inbound) and email strategies as defined by the Product Marketing and Digital Marketing teams. Position can be remotely based. **Responsibilities** include but are not limited to: • Deep understanding of hands-on knowledge of all tool functionality - List Management, Forms, Landing Pages, Blogs, Email, Sales, Automation/Workflows, Properties, Integrations, etc • Act as support role for Marketing Automation Tools (ie HubSpot & PandaDoc) • Develop/Maintain organization/taxonomy/standardization such as pre-defined , Folder Structure, Naming Conventions, Properties, Global Footers, etc. • Forms - Create & Design as required for campaigns; provide embed code to DT/.Com team. Help with standardizing fields and names of forms. Verifying/checking Captchas. • Blogs/Landing Pages - Created & Design as required for campaigns (or provide agency access); provide URLs to Paid Media/MarComms/Analytics • Workflows - Develop/Maintain workflows for all DM campaigns including paid, organic, email, integrations, etc; simplify and streamline where applicable. Develop/maintain constant QA to ensure proper functionality. • Support super admin for access requests; develop/maintain governance and permissions around pre-defined Teams, Roles; provide guidance on login usage • Email: Support import & upload marketing lists to upcoming campaigns; create suppression lists as necessary. QA (footers, links, buttons, etc). Provide expertise in email best practices in terms of design, content (including subject lines, from names, etc), send date/time, frequency, CTA (keeping close coordinate the Line of Business Digital Marketer for lead management). **Qualifications:** • 0-3 years experience and/or education in Marketing and/or related field • Preferred experience and/or education in marketing automation platforms and/or CRM systems, or similar technology tools • Problem-solving skills – ability to think critically and creatively for technical issue resolutions • Project management skills – managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines, strong organization skills and attention to detail • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience Apply today to join us and build what’s next!
