Get to Know the Team

As part of the Singapore Operations team, the Merchant Operations team collaborates with business verticals (GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabPay, OmniCommerce) and product teams to drive strategic initiatives. We ensure that hyperlocal nuances are considered in shaping Merchant and Consumer experiences on Grab's platforms, while contributing to the country's growth objectives and cost priorities.

We are the voice of Merchants in Grab Singapore, advocating for solutions that address their needs and challenges. This requires close collaboration with teams such as Regional, Product, Automation, and Commercial teams, to deliver impactful and scalable outcomes.

Get to know the Role

The role focuses on onboarding, educating, and empowering merchants in the early stages of their partnership with Grab.

This role will report to the Manager, Merchant Operations and be onsite at Singapore Grab office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Lead business and product initiatives, ensuring alignment with local market needs to drive adoption and operational efficiencyStreamline the onboarding process to enable smooth merchant activation, ensuring a seamless platform experienceMonitor and improve merchant and consumer experiences, ensuring platform performance meets local expectationsDesign and implement scalable business solutions, optimizing workflows to achieve operational efficiency and support strategic goalsLeverage local market insights to refine platform features and processes, enhancing merchant experience and satisfactionPromote self-serve tool adoption by uncovering actionable insights that empower merchants to operate independently and thrive on our platform

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Degree in a related field, with 4+ year of working experienceExpertise in managing end-to-end projects and developing scalable frameworksStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAbility to drive data-driven insights and strategic decision-makingBalance strategic vision with tactical execution
