On the Merchant Strategy & Operations team, our mission is to create a best-in-class restaurant experience, build cutting-edge services for our merchants to grow their business and help our partners operate efficiently on the platform.
About the RoleAs a Merchant Strategy & Ops Associate, you are a critical piece of DoorDash’s growth and success in every market we operate in. You will be responsible for key growth and operational initiatives & metrics, discovering challenges and driving performance across our merchant partner base. You will also work cross-functionally with our internal teams to develop playbooks & best practices and drive improvement.
The scope of work will include data analysis and opportunity identification, process design and execution of initiatives. This role will require a high level of autonomy and operational creativity to continue pushing the envelope of success in Australia and New Zealand.
