Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a dedicated Operations Associate to join our Corporate Actions team. In this role you will be responsible for the daily review and processing of shareholder and DTC presentations, while ensuring that team operations remain efficient and compliant through quality control, cross-departmental coordination, and active participation in system improvement initiatives.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to our Edgewood New York office with a 2-day per week in-person expectation.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage the daily processing of shareholder and DTC documents with a high level of accuracy.
+ Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of Corporate Action documentation to ensure precision and compliance.
+ Support and cross-train within operational teams to build versatile expertise.
+ Initiate and actively participate in process automation and system enhancement testing to drive continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate with multiple departments to address operational issues and optimize workflows.
+ Assist with special projects to meet organizational goals and deliver measurable business value.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
+ 1-2 years Experience within the Transfer Agent or financial services industry is preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up capabilities.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Effective multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
Compensation Range:The hourly salary range for this position is $24.00-$30.00 Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
