Associate, Portfolio Support
Description We are in search of an Associate, Portfolio Support, to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is within the financial services sector and is crucial to the efficient operation of our portfolio. As an Associate, Portfolio Support, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities related to customer application processing, record maintenance, and customer query resolution. This role is also responsible for monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action. Responsibilities • Accurately process customer credit applications • Maintain precise customer credit records • Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Consistently monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary • Utilize Adobe Acrobat and CRM tools to manage and organize customer data • Implement Data Mining Techniques to enhance customer information accuracy • Conduct auditing tasks to ensure compliance and correct any discrepancies • Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction • Utilize e-Copy for document management and record keeping • Support Clinical Trial Operations and Commission Functions with relevant data and reports. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry • Must have proficiency in 3M, Adobe Acrobat, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, and e-Copy • Must possess skills in Auditing, Clinical Trial Operations, Commission Functions, Communication, and Complaint Handling • Must have a strong understanding of financial markets and portfolio management • Must have an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously • Must have excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills • Must have a high level of integrity and sensitivity to confidential information • Must have a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is located.
