OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a Product Associate for an 18-month contract to join our team. The Product Associate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the management of a product portfolio and will coordinate and execute various projects related to the development and maintenance of products as well as market launches.

Salary:  $ 51 595 - 67 750$

HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER:

Coordinate a wide range of product-related projects with a multidisciplinary team (Sales, R&D, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, etc.)Participate in the process of developing and launching new productsAssist in analyzing the product portfolio and its various categories’ performancesHelp to manage the entry and maintenance of product-related data in internal as well as external database systemsWork closely with the Marketing team to ensure that product objectives are translated into Marketing initiativesPrepare various presentations and other communications targeting internal and external stakeholdersPerform other related duties as assigned.

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree in administration/management or a related field (graduate degree is an asset)1 to 2 years experience in project management, product development or category analysis/managementExperience in the food and/or consumer products sector (an asset)Bilingualism (French and English) spoken and written is essential because the person will interact with various team members and stakeholders across Canada.Excellent problem-solving and organizational skillsStrong attention to detailsExcellent communication skillsAbility to manage priorities and multiple projects at one time while meeting deadlines
