Guggenheim Investments is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Project Manager to join its Project Management team reporting directly to the Head of Project Management. The ideal candidate should have a “can-do” attitude and will support projects, programs, and strategic initiatives that span Guggenheim Investments. Projects range from process improvement, compliance/regulatory system implementations, divestitures, and other special projects.
The role is based in our Darien, CT office and will require occasional travel to our New York City office.
Essential Job FunctionsProject Oversight
Provide hands-on support to team members by rolling up their sleeves and performing all responsibilities needed to help plan organize and drive projects throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successAssist scheduling project meetings taking meeting minutes and updating Monday.com updatesAssist in to track progress of key milestones deliverables tasks and action items and ensure all Project Plans are up to dateAssist with project management deliverables for presentation to executivesProvide assistance on various ad-hoc and special projects as directed by management
Stakeholder Management
Develop trust and credibility with project stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in Investment Management, Financial Services, or related industryFamiliarity with project management platforms like Monday.comPMP or other project management certifications a plus Basic Qualifications Undergraduate degree in related field2+ years of project management or related experience Salary Details
