As an Associate, with Kroll’s Restructuring business, you will embody drive, embrace change and take risks. You will influence others to solve problems and be a team player in our Restructuring business. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

 

Implement and understand insolvency procedures, their application, and differing requirements Undertake insolvency assignments, with supervision - predominantly liquidations and receivership assignments Analysis of books and records, management of creditor claims and investigation of fund flows Drafting reports to creditors, and to the Court Liaise and negotiate with senior management of companies, clients, creditors as well as external advisors such as consultants, auditors, and lawyers Possess strong investigation, project management and report writing abilities Cross-border assignments, including offshore jurisdictions, Hong Kong and PRC.

Essential Traits:

Bachelor degree or higher in accounting, law or business administration ACCA, CPA or CFA qualification (completed or in progress is an advantage) 1+ years of relevant work experience, including operational and financial restructuring, insolvency, and forensic  investigations Good business sense andcommercial acumen Strong financial and business analytical skills Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
