Associate, Rewards (temporary role - CDD)

We are looking for an additional Rewards team member, for a temporary role (CDD).

Purpose of the role

Create and implement a strategic framework for Rewards, ensuring equitable and competitive offerings that align with organizational objectives and encourage performance while supporting employee satisfaction. We’re looking for a motivated candidate to join our team and support the management of employee benefits.

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience and meaningfully contribute to the management and communication around compensation packages and employee benefits. You’ll also play a key role in the daily management of programs that focus on enhancing employee well-being, giving you valuable insight into HR practices.

You will manage the following activities:

Manage and support benefits programs: This includes health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.Process enrollments and changes: Handle benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and timely.Monitor compliance & legal updates: Ensure benefits programs comply with legal requirements.Market watch: Research and analyze benefits plans; provide recommendations for changes and improvements. Carry out regular monitoring of developments in employee benefits in the sector to guarantee the competitiveness and attractiveness of our offering.Employee services & communication: Provide excellent customer service for benefits-related issues and questions, conduct presentations, enrollments, and educational sessions about benefits programs. Manage and escalate claims to our providers when needed. Design and implement the compensation and benefits communication strategy for France.Guide the implementation of the Bilan Social Individuel (BSI) “Total Rewards Package” in France.Collaborate with external vendors: Work with insurance providers, benefits vendors, and brokers. Organize the annual steering committee for savings plans and housing assistance.Perform audits & reporting: Regularly review benefits data for accuracy and compliance. Compile reports on benefits usage, costs, and trends for management review. Optimize the management of employee benefits with the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) team.

Your Profile

Education: Typically, a master or bachelor degree in a related field (benefits, health insurance, law, human resources, payroll).Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related experience.Skills: Good research and problem-solving skills, organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and computer proficiency. Strong Excel skills and Pack Office. French and English fluent.
