POSITION PROFILE
The Associate, SCA Document Specialist is responsible for meeting customer expectations by prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling, and binding documents. This role requires cross-training and proficiency in a variety of document-related tasks, including traditional copying, oversize scanning, color scanning, mail outs, and on-site functions.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure customer satisfaction by consistently prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately and in a timely manner. Meet deadlines by working at a steady pace while maintaining quality and error-free work. Achieve Time Productive statistics by meeting the standards established by the facility. Meet company production standards by achieving the Impressions per Hour (IPH) rate in accordance with established standards. Maintain optimal machine performance by resolving simple machine problems (e.g., clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil) and reporting equipment failures using machine codes. Complete all paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner by reading and writing in English. Troubleshoot issues by effectively communicating with management. Prevent assembly errors by maintaining an organized workstation.QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
High school diploma or equivalent. No prior work experience required. Typing skills. Basic PC skills.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive, productive relationships with co-workers, management, sales, and production departments. Ability to adapt to changing situations and remain flexible. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while adhering to set procedures, sequence, or pace, maintaining quality and output standards.WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL, AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Available to work 8 to 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays, depending on work volume. Ability to work in a production facility with moderate to high noise levels. Ability to cope with moderate stress levels and adapt to stressful situations for extended periods. Frequent standing for at least eight (8) hours per day.
