What you will do:
Schedule interviews and work directly with candidates and hiring managers
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status.
Initiate and advise new ideas on building talent pool and enhance good candidate experience to ensure sufficient talents for business growth
Keep an eye on our hiring processes and ensuring these are as fast and smooth as possible, for both the candidates and our teams
Manage and complete pre-onboarding process and other administrative tasks (eg: background check) online on Workday or offline.
Depending on working experience, you may also manage the end-to-end recruitment process/
Support other recruitment initiatives and projects where required
What you will need:
Fresh graduates with interest in talent acquisition are welcomed to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
Experience with GSuite (Word, Sheet, Slides, Calendar) and any ATS (would be a plus)
Passion for building and growing genuine relationships with stakeholders and candidates
Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
Strong sense of ownership and bias for action
