This role requires a mix of problem solving, fluency in enterprise technology , and experience on large scale change efforts. Given the importance of this work, you will have unique exposure to senior technology leaders in JPMorgan.
As an Associate within the Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) team, you will spearhead matrixed teams to address complex issues, shape strategic decisions, and resolve implementation challenges crucial to realizing the business value of technology initiatives. This role demands a blend of problem-solving skills, proficiency in enterprise technology, and experience in large-scale change efforts. Given the significance of this role, you will have exclusive access to senior technology leaders at JPMorgan. Your responsibilities will include designing and promoting solutions to expedite decision-making, defining problems, identifying major issues and actionable opportunities, and quantifying business benefits. You will collaborate with stakeholders in Corporate Investment Banking and partner organizations to understand incentives, constraints, and priorities, and promote delivery through organizational alignment and buy-in. You will also develop frameworks, content, hypothesis sets, analyses, and roadmaps for solutions. Your role will involve contributing to interviews, working sessions, and presentations, all aimed at achieving business outcomes. You will be expected to identify potential roadblocks, propose solutions, secure buy-in, execute, and escalate when necessary. You will also identify implications and "so whats" of outputs, data and analysis within the team. Lastly, you will contribute to the development of concise communication materials for senior management.

3+ years consulting experience with a top-tier strategy / management consulting firm, an internal consulting / corporate strategy team, or a top-tier technology firm in a client facing roleStrong communication skills (both oral and written) as well as strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues as peers and achieve goalsKnowledge and fluency in enterprise IT management concepts including organization, product operating model, budgeting, talent, and risk management. Technical fluency in software engineering concepts in large commercial teams.Proven entrepreneurial drive to identify opportunities for impact and influence others to take actionAbility to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical and qualitative tools to develop solutionsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Significant experience with PowerPoint for executive-level documents and Excel based models for analysis and planningTableau or similar BI experience for analysis is preferredFinancial services background is preferred, but not mandatory
