Responsible for driving business intelligence and data analytics to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. This involves leveraging data from OCE execution and other platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Additionally, the role continues to support market research efforts, integrating primary and secondary research insights to complement data-driven strategies and ensure a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape.
Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
Analyze execution data from OCE and other platforms to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making.Use data analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel to develop dashboards and integrate diverse datasets for comprehensive market understanding.Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges by combining data-driven insights with business objectives.Primary Market Research
Conduct and manage primary research to gather key insights directly from the market.Support the implementation of research projects, ensuring quality and relevance to business needs.Coordinate finalization of reports, analyses, and manage the settlement process efficiently.Data Management and Forecasting
Oversee and analyze secondary market data (IMS, UBIST, CAMM, HIRA, DDD, etc.) to support forecasting and market analysis.Integrate research data into broader analytics efforts to ensure a well-rounded perspective.Manage budgets and settlement processes related to data analysis and market research.Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Science, Statistics, or a related field.Fluent in English preferred, with strong verbal and written communication skills.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Skilled in presenting research findings and insights through reports and dashboards.Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities with stakeholders.Skills & Knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present research results and conclusions in written reports.Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently and on time.Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to producing high-quality work.Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in analyzing data from HIRA and other healthcare databases is preferred.Fluent English proficiency preferred.Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and data analytics tools such as Power BI.[This position is not permanent.
