Associate: he/she will be responsible for delivering valuations autonomously, for preparing proposals, engagement letters, collaborating with research for the creation/update of databases. He/she will be responsible for the Office Sector and will work together with the Office Sector Leader to develop and find new clients, as well as increase the revenues for this asset class.
