"Job Description:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Enterprise Mac support experience. Extensive JAMF Pro experience including Jamf Admin, Composer and other Jamf applications. Extensive knowledge of the MacOS file system. Day-to-day production support of the Jamf Pro environment supporting multiple IT business units. Extensive experience on macOS and iOS devices. Security software management and deployment via customized policies. Management and implementation of Apple Business Manager (DEP/VPP). Smart groups with custom queries and Static groups. Knowledge of Jamf Pro Cloud and On-Prem management. On-Prem Jamf Cloud upgrade knowledge will be a plus. Usage and implementation of Extension Attributes. Automation via scripting will be a plus. Knowledge of VPN apps management and deployment via customized policies and injected server details. Management of macOS upgrades and provisioning. Excellent troubleshooting skills for issues related to macOS and applications. Drive Problem Management with focus on RCA and proactive problem management. Experience with the installation and configuration of security tools on macOS. Advanced understanding of Configuration profiles, like PPPC, custom profiles of security apps, enterprise Wi-Fi etc. Knowledge of macOS AD binding. Implementation of Conditional Access policies via macOS integration. Meeting SLAs for trouble tickets and other customer related issues. Understanding of deployment/patching phases. Implement and maintain processes around the Systems architecture. Have hands & depth experience with JAMF & macOS. Have experience on macOS & App packaging & Re-Packaging and Testing skills.
