Responsible to respond to inbound inquiries from providers and members on Eligibility and Benefits (medical and behavioral health), Claims Inquiry , Provider Inquiry pre-authorization Answer calls coming from potential and enrolled members of a US healthcare insurance company. These calls are mainly on customer service - providing formation, requesting for help, following up on a previous concern, exploring new plans, cancelling existing plans, filing for appeals and/or grievances. HS Graduate / SHS graduate; completed 2 yrs. in college and College/ Bachelor's Degree with or without BPO exp. Must be willing to work within US office hours (EST to PST) in shifting schedules Must be willing to work on site (Gagfa Building) Must be willing to work on select weekends and holidays as required by the business Computer literate (MS Programs mainly) Trainable / has experience in customer service Good communication skills Mathematical ability Good analytical skills Typing speed of min 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
