Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate – Banking – Dispute –Financial Crime Fraud Prevention

In this role, you shall review the Supplier Registration Forms and perform the completeness check of information provided by the supplier.

Your role will require you to utilize your knowledge in the insurance and reinsurance fields to manage and process transactions, interact with clients, manage processes and data, and improve processes.

Responsibilities

Investigate suspicious activity and abnormal customer behaviour, including out-of-pattern card spend or anomalous account activities.

Conduct thorough research, work independently, and make decisions with little or no guidance within the ambit of workflow/procedure

Perform a reasonable investigation on cases using all tools available to decision a review on time per designated regulatory SLA’s

Communicate with other departments regarding the case as per procedures.

Sufficiently document the steps taken during the review and decision rationale, along with supporting documentation used in the review.

Complete understanding of policy and procedures and familiarity with Dispute investigation and case management tools

Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud patterns and trends

Consistently achieve/exceed quality standards for investigations as per defined SLAs

Participate in ad hoc projects/assignments as necessary

Qualifications Skills


Minimum qualifications

Freshers are eligible

Graduate: B. Com / BBA

Demonstrates sound decision making and though clarity

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Curious inquisitive personality

Good attention to detail

Good Communication Skills - both written and verbal (English required)

Must be able to manage multiple tasks

Ability to work independently and in a group setting

Adaptable to change and working in a 24/7 environment
