0 to 2 years of experience in a business-related position & environmentBachelor’s degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a business-related fieldInterest in pursuing a career within ReinsuranceProactive, creative and analytical thinker that works well independently and within a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDesire and interest to pursue an opportunity that is involving client related tasksAbility to apply mathematical thinking in the business and insurance environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordStrong time management skills and project management skillsDetail orientedHighly motivated and committed to continually developing your professional skillsetCandidates need not be familiar with reinsurance to be successful.Competitive comp structure: salary, bonus, and benefits as well as long-term compensation opportunitiesLimited travel required in the first 2-3 years on the job.
