Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Junior Litigation Associate in the Legal industry. With Downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota as the primary onsite location, the selected candidate will work in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: • Reviewing a substantial number of documents for various cases, including but not limited to sales commission disputes, bank fraud, and detail-oriented malpractice. • Supporting two partner-level attorneys with the review of a large case of about 500 documents in the area of commercial litigation. • Assisting in the preparation of drafting work for attorneys, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. • Drafting legal documents, motions to compel, and other relevant correspondence as required. • Administering claims and providing timely communication to all parties involved. • Preparing drafts and revising as necessary to ensure the quality of legal documents. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a litigation associate. • J.D. from an accredited law school. • Active attorney license in good standing. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and with others. • Experience in Document Review. • Experience in Drafting Correspondence, Legal Documents, Letters, Motions, Pleadings, etc. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
