Job Summary The Role of Safety and admin is to Support in OH&S, EHS , supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems and bridgelogix. Job Responsibilities + Reporting Problems or Deviations associated with Environmental Issues and the EMS/ OHS to MR and is responsible for reporting on EHS and OH&S Performance, tracking, monitoring and evaluation. EMS and OH&S upkeep, records maintenance. + Responsible for compliances for EHS and OH&S. + Analysing and taking Corrective Actions along with ERT / KPI teams. + Have in-principle delegation from site director to make updates to “EMS & OH&S" related documents and release the same at GAI OMS. + Responsible to act as a Building evacuation Supervisor in case of emergency evacuation. + Responsible for Admin tasks at site along with Bridge logix. Job Qualifications + Minimum 5+ years of experience in Safety and admin role. + Support operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems, OH&S, EHS . + Proficient in adhering to environmental regulations, ensuring workplace safety, and assessing hazard risks, with a dedicated emphasis on promoting a culture of safety and sustainability. + Skilled in working with diverse teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to achieve operational objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance. Highly capable of managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining safe and compliant work environments.
