Summary: Works with account team to plan, manage, coordinate, and supervise all phases of various projects from beginning to end to ensure customer satisfaction by performing the following duties in a timely manner and within company and department standard operating procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

 Must be knowledgeable and stay current on client product and diseaseAssist in development, revision, and adaptation of invitations to attendeesEffectively communicate with client marketing team on attendee listsRecruit faculty and be able to knowledgeably discuss topics and clinical information for programs with speakersMay liaise directly with the client product team on meeting date/location/venue initiation and confirmations; speaker recommendations, identifying professional moderators; developing meeting agendas for programs (including flow of meeting, the layout of rooms); meeting materials and handouts (also liaise with SciComms); case study development; send meeting grid to the product team on a weekly basisMay liaise effectively with professional moderators on program content, moderator slides, and other pertinent mattersLiaise effectively with client legal department and internal compliance manager on any legal changes, issues, contracts, etc.Communicate effectively with meeting planners on all program logisticsMay liaise effectively with vendors on applicable meeting details required by client needs/requirementsPossess knowledge of FDA, AMA, OIG guidelines and be able to explain to participants, as applicable to the meetingAlways communicate effectively with team members, especially on all important communications such as changes in protocol, areas of concern, changes to agenda, etc.Must be a team player and take full responsibility, ownership, leadership of programs including those that may be coordinated by an associateProvides on-site coordination, staffing and registration for assigned meetingsProvides on-site client serviceMay assist with on-site meeting planningCoordinates post-meeting follow up to ensure successful closing of programs consistent with company policy (including financial and compliance-related issues)Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds on rare occasions

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university and one plus years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMust be able to learn AMA, FDA and PhRMA policies and guidelines and be able to explain to others
