The Associate Account Manager provides support with the day-to-day management of all HPOne’s contracted Medicare brokerage carriers. This Associate will have regular interaction with both internal and external contacts and will play an integral role in building carrier relationships and sales growth and retention.Supervisory Responsibilities:

Assist effective facilitation, coordination, development, implementation, and execution of new carrier rolloutAssist in building and maintaining positive relationships with our carrier partners and all Health Plan One internal departments and assist as neededConduct regular internal sales/operations meetings to review performance and identify areas for improvementGather all carrier compensation schedules and work closely with finance to track in our internal systemResolve conflicts and provide solutions to internal/external parties in a timely manner and provide support and assistance to the team Management of our internal Share Point siteProvide reporting on a regular cadence capturing competitive retention and compliance data by partnerGather other data needs, analyze and interpret results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reportsPerform other related duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant concentration1 year in a sales or client services-oriented support roleExcellent verbal, written and Microsoft Outlook and Excel skillsStrong relationship management skills, both internally and externallyStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Proven ability to learn and execute multiple processes and to be proactive in identifying potential obstacles in completing a task... 1+ year Medicare Insurance carrier experienceFamiliarity with insurance carrier commission schedulesUnderstanding of Medicare principles as they pertain to the sale of Medicare productsExperience in a business-to-business customer environment with health plans or within healthcarePhysical Requirements:
