We're seeking an Associate Account Manager to work directly with the Client Service team, taking direction primarily from the Senior Account Manager or Account Manager. The Associate Account Manager will complete specific tasks on an assigned book of business at the direction of the Client Service team on the book. The Associate Account Manger must be process-focused, with an organized approach to a significant volume of transactional work. For the tasks they perform, the Associate Account Manager is responsible for data integrity in the service system of record. They will be provided growth by being assigned stretch assignments to have some client interaction.

Day to Day Client Service:

Issuance of renewal of mid-term Certificates or Auto ID cardsPolicy checking and processingEndorsement and Audit checking and processingGenerate requests for invoices on policies, endorsements or auditsOrder loss runsProvide support in document preparation, such as Proposals, Renewal Packets, Loss Summary AnalysisUpdate the system of record to properly reflect conversations, communications and policy documentationPerform the first review for Quote checking

Successful Candidates Will Have:

Active Property & Casualty insurance license, or be willing to obtain license within 90 days of hireProven organizational skillsAbility to follow process and procedures guidance
