The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for the servicing and maintenance of a robust book of Management Liability accounts including Directors, Officers, and Corporate Liability (D&O), Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), Fiduciary Liability and Crime for the Private Company and Not-For-Profit sectors while upholding high service standards. This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the US. **Responsibilities:** + Provide highest standard of client service + Obtaining information and documentation from new and existing clients + Set-up of new clients in AMS system + Review and process policy endorsements, loss runs, and notices + Resolving customer issues + Collaboration with the team members through the renewal and endorsement processes + Review applications for completeness and follow up for any necessary information + Sending applications to carriers to obtain new and renewal quotes + Accurately document all transactions and conversations in our AMS system + Independently manages accounts on a day-to-day basis which includes coordinating all services, answering all questions, and resolving problems, which may arise; maintains timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients + Collaboration with other team members to ensure that basic Client Services tasks have been completed and all renewal documentation is complete. + Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. **Additional or Daily Responsibilities:** + High level of organization ability + High degree of self-discipline and motivation + Ability to follow processes and procedures and help develop new processes and procedures to help the company become more efficient + Solution driven, problem solving skills and proven analytical skills Must be detail-oriented + Must possess the ability to work independently, applying education and professional experience to achieve outstanding results + Demonstrates highest level technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy, precision and execute client requests on time + Ability to understand and manage complex accounts while working under tight timeframes + Team player with a strong work ethic + Effective, professional verbal and written communication skills + Position Requirements: + Active P&C Insurance License preferred + High level of organization and the ability to set and recognize priorities required + Excellent communication skills, both written and oral + Enjoy working on a team, but can also successful working independently + Demonstrated success in customer service skills **Preferred Licenses and Experience:** + Active Property and Casualty License, preferred to start and/or must be obtained within the first 6 months of joining the company + Previous Property and Casualty industry experience + Remote work experience **Required Travel:** + 100% Remote Work + No Travel Required **Required Education:** High school or equivalent **Salary and Bonus Opportunity Offered:** Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 with the opportunity for an additional annual discretionary bonus. This compensation offered will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
