As the Associate Account Manager, you are responsible for servicing and retaining Management Liability insurance clients. You are also responsible for providing support to Sales Executives and/or Account Managers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.    

Responsibilities

Prepare and send renewal solicitation emails to account teams 120 days in advance of all renewals, and set up renewal activities in EPICTrack and follow-up for renewal materials to ensure a timely renewal processSupport all aspects of the invoicing process working with the Central Region Financial Transaction Unit.Help with post-renewal deliverables including following up for subjectivities, binders (including binder extensions or changes), surplus lines documents, and policiesHelp with checking policies to their corresponding binder / complete proper policy checklist / update EPIC accordinglyDeliver checked policies to corresponding Account Managers, Producers, and ClientsConfirm on all renewals that EPIC and the team Master List has been properly updated

Qualifications
 

Bachelor’s degree requiredProperty and Casualty producer’s license or willing to obtain within 90 days of hireProficient with standard office computer tools; i.e. Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Excellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work in a positive team environment and independentlyExcellent organizational and time management skills

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: Up to 25%

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
