JOB SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to build up key account management by key vertical at national level and to establish, enhance and maintain business relationship with key customers of key verticals, and to develop business opportunity with these leading customers. In this position the candidate is responsible for managing existing PSA and developing new PSA with key customers by vertical and ensuring its execution at local field sales level. He or she is also responsible for cascading promotions related to key customers and providing clear guidance to field sales team and monitoring its implementation. The candidate is also responsible to formulate annual activation/operation plan for key customers and achieve alignment with key customers through initiating JBP session and top to top meeting.
JOB DUTIES:
Build & develop overall visionary key accounts strategies & plans by coordinating with key verticals and focused customers. Achieve yearly revenue targets for assigned key customers, including develop and prepare an opportunity pipeline for regional sales team and effectively selected sales opportunities, effectively lead sales campaigns through forming and motivating client focused virtual teams Responsible for selling and coaching to Key Account customers , regularly visit customers, conduct product seminar/training and presentations, assist to prepare proposal, technical/commercial documents submission, etc. leverage available business development resources for clients to maintain accurate and comprehensive intelligence on clients and partners contact lists, also keep management informed of company & client activities to meet monthly/quarterly/yearly targeted sales quota Formulate annual business plan with key customers and organize JBP/Top to top meeting Maintain and develop PSA with key account of key vertical Seek the opportunity to extend the existing PSA scope Ensure the compliance of PSA at operation level through effective communication between KA head office and local operation team Ensure effective cascade of PSA to field team and provide clear guidance Monitor, measure the implementation of PSA and provide the evaluation report to management team Provide leading knowledge/information of assigned vertical to field sales team Expand business opportunity and provide relevant tactics with KA initiatives Work closely with national sales team to initiate/coordinate nationwide customer development plan or nationwide projects follow up Tracking and monitoring the sales team execution on major market campaign or mega projects from vertical perspectives Monthly KA performance updates KA annual operation plan
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
College Degree or above At least 5 years sales experience in similar company with extensive experience in B2B KA management Experience in cross business unit coordination and global customers implementation are preferred Previous project management experience in a fast growing B2B companies would be an advantage Multinational companies working experience will be preferable. Excellent KA management skill, coordinating with multi-function team Strategic thinking and strong negotiation/influence & presentation skills in dealing with key decision makers Good communication skills and responsibility. Strong learning ability and teamwork spirit. Project management.
