Associate Account Partner

Interested in joining us on our journey? The Associate Account Partner ensures a seamless customer experience throughout the Multi-Family project journey. This person is responsible for managing multi-family new-build/renovation projects from the time of initial project registration until project completion. This role will partner cross functionally with field sales teams, local delivery agents, and other inter-departmental personnel to ensure on time in full (OTIF) multi-family project completion. This role will have decision-making authority to address customer needs and ensure adherence to project timelines. Associate Account Partners will identify solutions when no standard process exists and have ownership for successful resolution of customer needs. This role will also identify trends or changes causing negative impact on customer service or efficiency. **Position** Associate Account Partner **Location** USA, Louisville, KY **How You'll Create Possibilities** **Customer Relationship** + Facilitate introductory meeting with customer to establish a foundational relationship. + Check in with customer regularly to provide informational updates, collect onsite contact information, and ensure continued project timeline alignment. + Ensure financial set ups are established, proactively communicating with customers if risk to project timeline. Connect customer with Finance when needed. + Schedule and facilitate customer hand off to Local Delivery Agent once projects are 45 days from delivery. + Ensure a seamless customer experience through project journey. + Decision making authority to address customer needs and ensure adherence to project timeline. + Own additional “non-selling” work currently performed by the ASM. **Project Set Up** + Validate model SKUs throughout project and verify product quantities match customer quote. + Manage project inputs using necessary systems, including Oracle, Project Assistant Tool (PAT), etc. **Exception Management** + Maintain communication with Local Delivery Agents to ensure alignment on exceptions. + Manage exceptions to standardized work, such as product recommendations for backorders, return/replacements for damages, PAT system overrides, vendor ordering, work orders, mock unit set ups. + Approve change orders when appropriate for model transitions, quantity changes, etc. Create and collect appropriate documentation from customers. Collaborate with Finance to ensure changes have been made. Partner with Sales Quote Coordinator for any related system changes such as adding models to quotes. **Account Reconciliation** + Marry order and delivery data from multiple systems to ensure project completion and appropriate billing. + Ownership of “punch out list,” responsible for delegation or execution of required tasks and subsequent follow to ensure complete. + Collect scrap information and serial tags to remain compliant with business policies. + Distribute appropriate close out documents to customer at project completion. **Additional Responsibilities** + Suggest enhancement opportunities and participate in UAT for future system enhancement and automation opportunities. + Create and share reporting based on specific customer and region needs. + Proactively identify trends such as region growth, damage, etc. and report findings to appropriate audiences. **What You'll Bring to Our Team** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience. + At least one-year prior experience in a customer-facing role. + Prior experience managing deadlines and long-term projects. + Strong computer skills, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Excel and the ability to manage multiple web-based applications at one time. + Record of strong performance and attendance. + Organized and detail-oriented with experience coordinating projects from start through completion. + Self-motivated and inquisitive with desire to go above and beyond for each customer. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate - oral and written communication skills and build trust at all levels of the organization. + Digital dexterity, with ability to learn new computer systems quickly. + Ability to embrace a changing environment. + Ability to make decisions with minimal oversight. + Ability to identify solutions when no standard process exists and identify trends or changes causing negative impact on customer service or efficiency. + Strong organization and time management skills. **Desired Qualifications** + Prior experience working with builders and/or local delivery agents. + At least two-year prior experience in Logistics organizations. + Process improvement mindset. **Working Conditions:** + Working conditions are normal office working conditions. + Role may require occasional weekend/evening work. + Work requires employee to work hours best supporting their assigned region by time zone. + Travel would be minimal. **Our Culture** At GE Appliances, creativity meets passion and conversations lead to exceptional outcomes and experiences.
