Associate Account Service Manager

This opportunity is within Field Service Management, and the primary focus is working with and providing exceptional service to Guardian’s high value brokers and employers in the 2-1999 space. The Associate Account Service Manager serves as the single point of contact for day to day, complex service inquiries, and takes the lead on collaborating with all internal departments to provide exceptional service. The AASM is responsible for managing the end to end response and resolution of service inquires for clients and brokers.

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experienceA minimum of 2 years group insurance experiencePrevious experiences in a client facing or account management role, working in fast paced, changing environmentsStrong computer navigation skills and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Strong Group business product knowledge and solid insurance experienceAbility to collaborate within a team environment (lead “huddle” meetings)Excellent listening, strong verbal and written communication, attention to detailSolid experience with Guardian’s systems, products, proceduresStrong critical thinking and problem solving skills to deliver client focused solutionsProactive mindset, ability to anticipate customer questions or future service issuesExceptional ability to set clear expectations and provide proactive follow-upYou will:
Manage end to end investigation, resolution and response to all customer inquires via phone and emailImpact Persistency, Growth and Profitability by building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients and brokersProvide upfront and continual education for the customer on Guardian processes, policies, procedures including self service functionality and portal navigation.Salary Range:
$48,170.00 - $72,260.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
