Associate Account Strategist (1-Year Fixed-Term Contract)

What You'll Do:

Criteo is in search of organized self-motivated Associate Account Strategist to join our agency sales & client support team in Seoul. You will be learning and working with advertiser side of Criteo business, supporting internal and external partners optimizing and analyzing campaigns, along with cultivating a strong productive relationship with clients and internal operations team.

The Associate Account Strategist will be in charge of providing efficient and supportive service with their assigned agency and accounts on a daily basis.

Perform admin tasks such as creating IOs and tickets

Provide operational support for client ads implementation, on-boarding of new clients

Work with Account strategy team to ensure campaigns are running smoothly, technical issues are being troubleshooted timely and effectively, and develop campaign analysis and optimization

Act as a bridge between the commercial team and operations team

Who You Are:

Require a Bachelor’s degree

Desire to learn about AdTech market and all the challenges on this business worldwide

Business sense to handle a multitasking environment where prioritization is key

Strong interpersonal, communication skills across all levels of interlocutors

Strong knowledge of core MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)

Native Korean and business level English

Able to work with 1 year full-time

+1 years industry experience preferred - digital media experience, optimizing advertising campaigns and/or data reporting
