Job Description:

To Record and process Vendor invoices before the due date after taking necessary approvals . To Reconcile the expense and Report any deviation to appropriate reporting authority. To prepare data to pay TDS , GST and other statutory payments and provide necessary data to file returns before the due date. To Ledger scrutiny on a regular basis to report any irregularities. Help with preparing month end closure activities. Provide assistance in general financial management and analysis Maintain accounts payable files and records Verification & processing of employee claims & reimbursements
