Based in Vilnius, the Bazaarvoice Finance organization is looking for an accounting professional – Associate Accountant to join the finance team. This position will focus on daily communication with external accounting partner, providing primary information for preparing various Tax returns, submitting accounting information to the accounting service provider and auditors in accordance with local and US requirements.What You Will DoCommunicating with external accounting partners (resolving/raising queries, dealing with information exchange portal)Assisting in the preparation of international VAT/GST and CIT returnsPreparing monthly account reconciliationsAssisting with annual financial statements preparation and auditsPosting journal entries in ERP systemAssisting with ad hoc audits as they arise (wage tax, employer compliance, expats)Creating new finance-related vendors and purchase orders in the procurement systemManaging paperwork of director changes in international subsidiariesCollecting information for regulatory reporting in various countries includingFBT reporting in Australia, income tax declarations in Lithuania and PSA, P11D and STBV reporting in the UKSupporting US tax audits and monthly sales tax file preparationPreparing Lithuanian and UK statistics reportsAssisting with special projects as they ariseWho You AreUp to 1 year of accounting or audit experienceStrong attention to details and organisational skillsAnalytical problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, etc.)Excellent language skills in written and spoken EnglishNice To HaveExperience in NetSuite or similar accounting systemKnowledge or / and experience in International Taxes€1,900 - €2,100 a monthEUR gross per month
