Resource Innovations is seeking an Associate Accountant to join our growing team. As an Associate Accountant with Resource Innovations, you will process vendor invoices, review expense reports, process AP payments, assist in account reconciliation and module close during Month-end closing.

Duties and responsibilities

Invoice Processing: Accurately review, code, and process supplier invoices in the accounting system. Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies, payment inquiries, and related issues. Payment Processing: Assist in preparing and processing payment runs (e.g., checks, ACH transfers). Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policies. Reconciliations: Assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions and statements to ensure accuracy. Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date AP records, including invoices, payment receipts, and vendor documentation. Month-End Closing: Support the month-end close process by preparing AP reports and assisting with reconciliation tasks. Other duties as assigned.
