IAS is searching for a high energy, highly motivated Account Payable Analyst who has a proven track record of processing AP with both manual based and system based processes. Strong communicator and ability to work with multiple levels of management for approvals. Independently able to complete tasks, but also, strong team player and ability to work with the team on a regular basis. Additionally, process Travel and Entertainment reports on a bi-monthly basis and credit card expense transactions in banking and accounting systems.

Key Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree required. At least 4-6 years with processing AP bills, setting up vendors, and payment of vendors. 4+ years of AP system and T&E system (Concur - plus). Experience with excel – intermediate to advanced preferred. Highly organized, strong communication – both written and verbal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks independently.
