Accounts Receivable team is a fast-paced, process-driven environment, responsible for multiple facets of the Accounts Receivable function. The Accounts Receivable Representative will be responsible for ensuring invoices are accurate issued in a timely and efficient manner. They will research problems and resolve standard disputes in order to ensure important deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Compiles amounts owed by the company to vendors or other individuals, or owed to the company by customers or clients, and inputs figures to the accounting systemReceives and distributes invoices, verifying accuracy and compliance with organizational policiesEnters invoice amounts into the accounting system and processes invoices or paymentsReconciles amounts received or owed by comparing invoices to POs or other records"Responds to inquiries from customers or clients and researches and resolves concerns or discrepanciesSupports ideas for process improvementDevelops professional relationships with internal and external partners, maintain open lines of communication and build rapport by providing timely and professional serviceContinues to develop skills and build upon knowledge of Accounts Receivable processesOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirementsRequired Qualifications:Required:
· Bachelor degree or equivalent
· 0-1 year of experience in Finance operation
· Fluent in written English
