Job DescriptionExciting Opportunity at MSK: We are looking for an Associate Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support in our Office of Scientific Research Management (OSRM) leadership team.
In more than 100 laboratories, our scientists are conducting innovative research to advance our understanding of the biological sciences and improve human health. The OSRM Staff includes 400 research fellows, and 200 graduate students (both PhDs and MD/PhDs). OSRM boasts many National Academy of Sciences members and Howard Hughes Medical Institute investigators.

Role Overview:
Perform administrative activities to maintain the smooth operation of the officeSchedule appointments, meetings, and conferences as requested, managing calendars for the department leaders and staff Screens telephone calls and assists visitors Support the leadership team by completing tasks such as travel authorizations, reimbursement requests, ordering office supplies, and entering payrollProvide cross-coverage for administrative teammates as neededKey Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a healthcare administration setting Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with good written communication skills Experience working in a collaborative environment with people across diverse groups and levelsCore Skills:
